Our Precision CNC Machining Capabilities
Our machining facility boasts 16,000 square feet of manufacturing space, fully integrated HVAC and air cleaning systems, and a 60-person strong production team. Combined with our top-of-the-line design and CNC machining equipment, these qualities allow us to accommodate a diverse set of machining projects.
We offer a broad selection of precision CNC machining services, including CNC milling, CNC turning, and wire EDM. Customers regularly turn to us for projects that require 5-axis machining or tight tolerance capabilities. We also have significant experience in reverse engineering.
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling equipment, along with our experienced on-site mill programmers, allows us to produce parts up to 24 inches by 28 inches by 18 inches to tolerances of .0002 inches. If needed, we can accommodate even larger pieces. For milled products, we also offer tooling, custom fixtures, and packaging options.
