Building FrontMac Machine specializes in advanced machining for the development and production of highly sophisticated parts and assemblies. These manufacturing capabilities often play a critical role in national defense and commercial aircraft components as well as medical diagnostic and implant procedures. In addition to Mac Machine’s management teams’ 200 combined years of machining and manufacturing experience, the expertise of the production floor employees-machinists, machine operators, assemblers, programmers, and quality control personnel-leads to attainable manufacturing outcomes. Mac Machine owns, operates and maintains a complete machining facility with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies:

Mac Machine is well versed and experienced in the latest manufacturing software technologies and design programs. The company features five programmers that include; two mill programmers with combined experience of 30 years; two lathe programmers with 25 years of combined experience and a highly trained EDM programmer.

Manufacturability consulting: Mac Machine is able to provide Reverse Engineering of legacy parts and convert them into machined “Hog Outs” when castings are no longer available. Our engineers will meet with customers for consulting and collaboration on a specific project to achieve the best manufacturing process for the specifications required.
