MAC Machine specializes in advanced machining for the development and production of highly sophisticated parts and equipment. Most often, our customer's products play a critical role in national defense, commercial aircraft, or in diagnostic medical and implant procedures.

MAC Machine Quality System has been established to comply with the requirements of industry standard ISO-9001:2000 as well as the more stringent aerospace standard AS-9100, Rev. A.

The Quality System has been audited for compliance to the aerospace AS-9100 requirements by Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., the Quality Management Services division of Honeywell Aerospace and accepted as compliant to the AS-9100 standard.

MAC Machine has over 200 combined years of machining and manufacturing experience just in our management team alone. Combine this with the 50+ employees on our production floor, consisting of Machinists, Machine Operators, Assemblers, Programmers and Quality Control personnel and there is very little we can’t do.

Even the latest CNC Equipment, on the Cutting Edge of Technology is of no value unless utilized to its full potential. Our extensive CAD/CAM experience and competence gives you, our customer, and us the edge over other manufacturers. MAC Machine first implemented CAD/CAM capability back in the late 70’s, well before being mandated by our customers.

Aligning with the forefront of technology is no easy task with today’s technological advancements. Just like a fine watch, our state of the art CNC equipment requires regular preventative maintenance to continue operating smoothly. To keep downtime at a minimum and to perform scheduled maintenance, MAC Machine employs its own Factory Trained Mechanic in-house, exclusively for that purpose.

MAC Machine prides itself on consistent punctual deliveries. Cost effective and quick turnaround parts are of no use if they are late. Utilizing our cutting edge High Speed, Multi Axis and Multi Pallet machines reduces the number of set-ups allowing us to pass the savings and rapid deliveries on to you and your customer.

Long Term Agreements as well as Just in Time programs can be established that will reduce your inventory and further eliminate long lead times.

Due to our vast manufacturing experience, many of our customers have benefited from our Cost Reduction Analysis. Often we can offer ways in reducing costs and deliveries by implementing changes in material, tolerances and/or machining procedures. Many times these changes can produce the same end product without effecting form, fit or function saving you time and money.

MAC Machine is a Drug Free Facility and is proud that we have very little attrition in our employment. In fact we have several employees that originally started with the company in 1976. With this type of Teamwork, Loyalty, Dedication and Expertise, our customers enjoy a level of confidence that distinguishes MAC Machine in the industry.

In order to make MAC Machine your one stop shopping facility, we maintain a full assembly department for various mechanical and electrical assemblies, as well as testing and special marking and/or packaging. Our large database of certified vendors gives us the ability to handle any special processes that may be required, eliminating another step for you, the customer, in obtaining a finished product.
